Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon is both a small evergreen tree, native to Asia, and the tree's oval yellow fruit. The scent is evocative of the fresh ripe peel. Along with lemon’s sweet aroma, they are used for antibacterial purposes because it has a low PH. In South and South East Asia, it is known for its antiseptic properties.

- Perfumes: Lemon oil has a distinct refreshing aroma which makes it a good ingredient for perfumes. Many scented candles contain lemon oil. It is also used in potpourris.
- Drinks: Lemon oil is used in various artificial drinks concentrates to give them the taste of lemon juice.
Blending: Lemon oil blends well with many other essential oils including lavender essential oil, rose oil, neroli essential oil, sandalwood oil, geranium essential oil, ylang ylang essential oil, tea tree essential oil, etc.
Few Words of Caution: lemon Oil must be protected from sunlight. Sunlight should be avoided after it is applied or rubbed on skin.
