Here are a few tips to help ensure that you eat enough to satisfy your basic energy needs:

#1. Make sure that you eat at least three meals a day, and snack between meals. Smaller-portioned meals and several snacks are sometimes better suited to people who have a light appetite

#2. Vary your menus and ensure that you include proteins in every meal. Your lunch could include, for instance, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, ham or peanut butter

#3. Add colour to your dishes. Spend time on the presentation of your meals. An attractive dish is always more appetizing!

#4. Season your meals to improve their taste

#5. Make meals a pleasant experience. Use a table cloth, put on pleasant music and, on occasion, take out your best tableware!

#6. Invite your neighbours for lunch or dinner . In general, we eat better when the meal is also a social occasion

#7. Keep your refrigerator and your larder pantry well stocked with healthy food that is easy to prepare or pre-cooked

#8. Buy fruits and vegetables that are pre-cut and ready to serve

#9. Eat at fixed hours to stimulate your appetite and to regulate your body’s signs of hunger

#10. Remain active:walk,dance,swim,etc.The important thing is to stay active.Physical activity stimulate  the appetite!

#12. Pamper your self by choosing some of your favourite foods

#13. Avoid tobacco.Besides harming your health,it changes the taste and aroma of food,making it less appetizing

#14. When you eat soup as your entire meal,don’t forget to add a source of proteins such as legumes (lentils,dried peas), meat cubes or cheese
